Dhermi is a village of Vlore, but part of the municipality of Himarë. It is located between Vlora and Saranda. This village is built on a mountain slope about 200 meters high and includes three neighborhoods: Gjilek, Kondraq and Dhermi. 

For the most part Dhermi has preserved the old architecture and on the last decade numerous projects have turned Dhermi into one of the most important tourist spots in the country. A long time ago, the houses of Dhermi were demolished, but the stone masters from all over Albania have returned Dhermi to its previous identity. What you will notice are the uniform facades of the houses with white color, characteristic roofs and stone alleys. 

Dhërmiu offers a fantastic view of the mountain and a stunning view of the Ionian Sea. Many tourists compare this village to other famous destinations like Santorini in Greece or Croatia.
